The Rockets have been dealing with many injuries recently, and Wednesday’s matchup vs. the Warriors is no exception. The good news is that Christian Wood is expected to make his return to the lineup. He’s been out since early February due to a severe ankle sprain, but ESPN’s Tim MacMahon reports he’s expected to play. The Rockets have already stated that Wood will start if he’s active but will be on a minute’s limit.
That’s where the good news ends for the Rockets, who have lost a whopping 17 straight games. John Wall and Rodions Kurucs remain out of the lineup, and Victor Oladipo will rest on the second leg of a back-to-back.
