Wilson listed the Bears as one of his preferred trade destinations, and they are unsurprisingly very interested in bringing him to Chicago. That said, NBC Sports’ Peter King recently described the Bears’ interest in Wilson as a “futile pipe dream.” He added that even a package including Khalil Mack, Nick Foles, the No. 20 pick, and a 2022 first-rounder would not be enough to entice the Seahawks to move on from Wilson. The Seahawks have just one selection in the first 125 picks in the upcoming draft, so finding Wilson’s replacement will be challenging. Even if Chicago is unlikely to be serious contenders for Wilson, it sounds more and more likely that he will play football for someone other than the Seahawks in 2021.
