Report: Patriots not even planning to cheat to beat Texans

FOXBOROUGH, MASS — The Patriots are talking a good game about not overlooking the Houston Texans in Saturday’s divisional round matchup at Gillette Stadium, but team sources say New England does not even plan to use any of its cheating programs in the matchup against the heavy underdog.

Bill Belichick, Tom Brady and the u21161 seed Patriots enter the game as 15.5-point favorites over Brock Osweiler and the Texans, who won the AFC South at 9–7 and then beat a Connor Cook-led Raiders team in their wildcard round matchup. Yet while Belichick usually likes to cheat against all playoff opponents, the longtime Patriots coach reportedly feels the Texans are so bad that his team can take care of them on the up-and-up.
