The Cincinnati Reds released their Thursday lineup against the Brewers, and Tyler Naquin will start in center field after leaving Sunday’s game with a hamstring injury. Apparently, the injury wasn’t serious enough to require a stint on the DL.
Naquin has been one of their better offensive players as he has a .259/.333/.506 slash line with 11 home runs and 38 RBIs.
Cincinnati is currently in fourth place in the NL Central — 4.5 games behind the division-leading Cubs. They’ve split the first two games of their series with the Brewers and will try for the series win, with Luis Castillo getting the start against Milwaukee’s Freddy Peralta.
