NY Giants co-owner Steve Tisch says he fully supports Jason Pierre Paul's lawsuit against Adam Schefter and ESPN ... saying the publication of JPP's medical record was a "total invasion of privacy."
JPP filed the lawsuit earlier this week -- claiming the ESPN reporter violated Florida law by sharing medical records detailing Jason's amputated finger ti his 4 million Twitter followers without JPP's permission.
"I support what he's doing," Tisch said in L.A. last night ... "medical records are not to be released."
