Following Robert Griffin III was no easy task, but Baylor QB Nick Florence was more than capable.
Florence backed Griffin up for three years, seeing extended time only as a freshman, before taking over the starting role as a senior in 2012. He set the program’s single-season passing yard record (4,309), not a bad encore to Griffin’s Heisman campaign.
After getting his MBA Florence started as an intern in Baylor’s development department. He worked his way up to assistant director of development in early 2014 and finally director of development in athletics last July.
