Everyone is an idiot at heart. It’s a universal truth. We all go about our days, getting dressed for work and buying our Starbucks and putting on an air of adulthood and professionalism while we do the “important” tasks we have assigned ourselves in order to facilitate productive lives.
But deep down we know. We know that we’re really only a bachelors degree and maybe an overpriced apartment removed from the teenagers and college kids we once were; drinking cheap booze and daring each other to jump off our parents’ balconies. And worse still, we know that those kids are bubbling just beneath the surface of our thin, adult facades; and that it doesn’t take much to draw them out.
