It seemed almost certain that Gesicki would be forced to miss at least one game for the Dolphins after dislocating his shoulder last week vs. the Chiefs, but he was able to return to practice on a limited basis on Thursday. If he’s able to practice again on Friday, that would appear to put him on track to suit up in Week 15 after all.
Gesicki has emerged as one of Tua Tagovailoa’s favorite targets recently. He’s averaged 7.3 targets, 5.3 receptions, and 62.7 yards over his past three games, and he’s scored at least one touchdown in all three contests.
