Michael Floyd's blood alcohol level was more than TWICE the legal limit when he was busted for DUI in Arizona this week ... this according to the Scottsdale PD.
TMZ Sports obtained new police docs which show Floyd's B.A.C. was .217 ... the legal limit is .08.
At the time of his arrest, Floyd told cops he had only had one or two glasses of red wine before he got behind the wheel of his SUV.
When cops found Floyd, he was passed out behind the wheel.
