The Miami Dolphins are going international to find new talent for the cheerleading squad ... sending a team of scouts south of border ... starting with Argentina.
The team is holding auditions in Buenos Aires tomorrow morning -- and they've sent current a couple of current Dolphins cheerleaders as ambassadors, Jessica and Monica.
After B.A., the scouts will hit Rio, Mexico City and Bogota.
Don't worry Americans, there will also be a try-out in Miami.
