Nintendo’s Pokemon Go is easily the biggest hit of the summer thus far. The GPS-infused mobile game got millions of children and adults alike to actively look for Pokemon on their smart devices in every place imaginable from parks, to restaurants, to shopping malls.
So rather than fight the video game sensation, the staff at Colonie Center mall in Albany, New York embraced their inner trainer and renovated the lobby to make it look like a Pokemon gym.
The lobby was easily turned into a gym, adding a poke ball sticker in the middle of the floor, along with some team banners and posters advertising Pokemon Go events.
