The all-around individual and team gold medals have been handed out, but gymnastics returns to the Olympic spotlight as athletes vie for the individual apparatus titles. On the schedule for today is men’s floor, women’s vault, men’s pommel horse and women’s uneven bars.
All-around champion Simone Biles goes for her third Olympic gold in the vault event, while Gabby Douglas and Madison Kocian will represent Team USA on the uneven bars. For the men, Sam Mikulak and Jake Dalton will compete in the floor exercise, while Alex Naddour will chase the pommel horse title.
