Kelly Ripa is not fighting a conventional war. When she was blindsided (she says) by the news that co-host Michael Strahan was leaving for Good Morning America, Ripa responded by boycotting the Live With Kelly and Michael TV show for four straight days.
She finally returned this past Tuesday, but inserted a passive-aggressive monologue in which she went on about “respect” and “doing the job.” She’s been making subtle digs at ANB and Strahan ever since, and then this morning, the best one of all.
Ripa brought up Strahan’s two divorces, as the ex-New York Giant squirmed and looked helpless beside her.
