Farbod Esnaashari reports Kawhi Leonard will sit out of Tuesday’s matchup between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Indiana Pacers due to a sore right foot.
Kawhi will miss his second straight game, last playing in the Clippers 126-109 win against the Houston Rockets on Apr. 9, playing 32 minutes, scoring 31 points, five rebounds and eight assists. This season, he has started 45 games, averaging 35 minutes, scoring 26 points, six rebounds and five assists per game.
With Kawhi out, expect Paul George to see an uptick in production. In 516 minutes this season without Leonard, George has a 34.
