Casey Holdahl reports Jusuf Nurkic will miss Tuesday’s matchup between the Portland Trail Blazers and Los Angeles Clippers due to knee soreness.
Nurkic recently returned to the Trail Blazers starting rotation, missing more than two months of action due to a fractured wrist, suffered during a 111-87 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Jan. 14.
Appearing in 17 games this season, Nurkic has averaged 22 minutes, scoring nine points, seven rebounds and three assists per game.
Expect Enes Kanter to return to the starting rotation because of the injury. Starting in 32 games this season, Kanter has averaged 30 minutes, scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and two assists per game.
