The Seattle Mariners announced that Justin Dunn would start on Friday since he landed on the injury list with shoulder inflammation on May 29th. Dunn has won only one decision in nine starts this season, but he’s pitched well enough to keep his teams in games, as evidenced by his 3.18 ERA and 1.19 WHIP.
This will be his first time facing the Indians, who will counter with Aaron Civale.
