Jayson Tatum to Sit Sunday

The Boston Celtics announce Jayson Tatum will sit out of Sunday’s regular-season finale against the New York Knicks with an ankle injury.

The Celtics are resting most of their starters Sunday, including Marcus Smart, Robert Williams, Kemba Walker and Even Fournier. Tatum last played in a 124-108 win against the Minnesota Timberwolves on May 15, scoring 26 points, 11 rebounds and two assists in 27 minutes of action.
