For the vast majority of the eastern seaboard, winter storm Jonas was a massive pain in the ass. A little snow here and there is fine from time to time, but 26 inches in 24 hours (at least here in New York) is a complete and utter disaster. Unless you’re insane enough to tether yourself to a four-wheeler and snowboard through Manhattan, there’s literally nothing about fun about having your home turned into Lapland overnight.
For non-humans, however, the storm of the century was straight crack — especially if they’d never experienced it before (snow, not crack).
