Guaranteed Hate Field; 4 Stadiums That Had Worse Sponsors

Corporate sponsorships have long been a necessary evil of sports. As fans, our eyes are constantly assaulted with signs all over stadiums and broadcasts, as everything from the yellow first down line to the foul pole is sponsored these days. We may hate it and take silent forms of protest, like Cleveland Indians fans continuing to call it “The Jake” or “Jacobs Field” when the front office slapped “Progressive Field” on the entrance gates, but, while excessive (i.e. sponsors on jerseys), advertising continues to prevail in agreement that benefits both the team and the sponsor.
