Former Los Angeles Rams tight end Gerald Everett has signed a one-year $7 million deal with the Seattle Seahawks, the NFL Network’s Ian Rapaport reports.
Everett has played his entire four-year career with the Rams, appearing in 61 games, catching 127 passes for 1,389 yards and eight touchdowns. In 2020, he caught a career-high 41 passes for 417 yards and one touchdown.
With a 10.28% target market share, Everett was second among tight end, behind Tyler Higbee, who accounted for 11.17% of the team’s targets. Overall, Everett was fifth on the team target share.
The Seahawks ranked 16th in the league last season, averaging 246.
