Ezekiel Elliott Salvation Army TD More Than Just A Celebration

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, then you know Ezekiel Elliott jumped into a super sized Salvation Army donation bucket to celebrate a touchdown against the Buccaneers Sunday.

The increased donations that the celebration sparked are fantastic.

Salvation Army says it’s received $850k in online donations since Ezekiel Elliott jumped in bucket. That buys 91k meals to those in need.

But the fact that the NFL even thought about fining Elliot is the latest example of the NFL’s season long tirade on player celebrations.

Zeke brought the criticism when he addressed the issue today with media, according to Jon Machota, the Cowboys beat reporter for the Dallas News.
