Seems Draymond Green is off the hook for that whole 118mph video -- with the California Highway Patrol telling us "We can’t investigate an infraction that wasn’t committed in our presence."
As we previously reported, Green posted a video of a car hitting 118mph on a NorCal highway on his Snapchat ... and in what might have been a confession, he later called the whole thing "bad judgment."
We spoke with the California Highway Patrol to find out if they're investigating the situation and they told us straight up -- no.
"The CHP is not investigating this video because it’s not at the level of reckless driving," CHP public information officer Daniel Hill tells us.
