Division II Pace DL Tyler Owens has been stripped of his captaincy and suspended indefinitely due to an offensive Snapchat picture, reportedly sent a few years ago, that surfaced over the weekend.
The photo features Owens in Confederate flag garb, doing a Nazi salute, with the caption “The Grand wizard,” a reference to the Ku Klux Klan. A group of anonymous students sent the picture to the Pace Chronicle and other local media outlets on Sunday.
