The Arizona Diamondbacks released their lineup on Thursday against the Rockies, and not listed is outfielder Ketel Marte. Marte had to be helped off the field after trying to beat out a ground ball in the sixth inning.
Initially, it looked like a potential hamstring injury, but it’s now being described as a cramp. Marte will undergo an MRI on Friday when the Diamondbacks return home to Arizona. The injury is a blow to a Diamondbacks lineup that has struggled to create runs this season. Arizona is 25th in league with a weighted runs created value (wRC+) of 73.
