Cleveland Cavaliers Short on Centers With Jarrett Allen Out

The Cleveland Cavaliers have run aground with their centers. A few short days ago, the Cavs had Andre Drummond, JaVale McGee, and Jarrett Allen. Drummond was bought out, McGee was traded, and now Jarrett Allen is out with a concussion.

Isaiah Hartenstein was dealt to the Cavs in the deal that sent McGee to the Denver Nuggets; however, he’s listed as a game-time decision against the Sacramento Kings. If he can’t go tonight, that would likely mean a place in the starting rotation for Dean Wade. Wade has been serviceable as a starter, putting up 9.4 points, 6.
