Cleveland Browns to play at Trump inauguration

WASHINGTON, DC — The Donald Trump presidential transition team has struggled to find A-list celebrities to perform at the inauguration of the 45th president on January 20th, but Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway has confirmed today that one well-known name will play at the event: the Cleveland Browns.

The announcement comes one day after Trump referenced the difficulty in finding A-listers on Twitter:

The so-called "A" list celebrities are all wanting tixs to the inauguration, but look what they did for Hillary, NOTHING. I want the PEOPLE!

But Conway touted the Browns as “one of just 32 NFL teams,” “one of just three teams in the championship city of Cleveland, Ohio, a state that helped deliver us the presidency,” and “easily one of the greatest franchises ever, having won a remarkable four championships.
