Chris Forsberg for NBC Sports Boston reports that Celtics GM Danny Ainge fully expects Jayson Tatum to play in Game 3 against the Nets.
Danny Ainge on @Toucherandrich says Jayson Tatum should be good for Game 3: “I think he’s going to be fine … he’s doing much better.”
Tatum was poked in the eye in the third quarter while attempting to steal the ball from the Nets’ Kevin Durant after a missed shot. The former Duke product headed to the locker room immediately afterward and did not return to the game.
