Ohio State QB Cardale Jones put a major scare into Buckeye Nation for a couple minutes on Friday afternoon.
Jones, who is in a battle with J.T. Barrett and Braxton Miller to be OSU’s starting QB this fall, changed his Twitter avatar to Akron’s mascot and tweeted that he would be transferring to play for the Zips, before revealing it was a “May Fools” joke (get it? May 1st).
Tell that to the Buckeye fans who just had a couple years shaved off their lives.
