Canadian Minister of Heritage Melanie Joly issued a statement to TMZ Sports (through her rep) expressing her disdain for Remigio Pereira ... the singer who changed a line from the Canadian national anthem to include the words, "All lives matter."
"The national anthem is a treasured Canadian symbol," Joly said ... "Pereira's change to the national anthem to further his political views is inappropriate and disrespectful.
