NBA All-Star Weekend festivities kicked off last night with the All-Star Celebrity game. In an absolutely shocking turn of events, Kevin Hart was awarded the MVP.
Instead, that honor (?) was bestowed upon Win Butler, who, in a twist to the East-West system, led Team Canada to a 74-64 victory Team USA. Despite being born in California, Butler is the lead singer of the Montreal based indie rock band Arcade Fire.
As many heroes on the court tend to do after an MVP performance, Butler was interviewed by ESPN’s Sage Steele. And that’s when things got…well…you’ll see.
