Bryant “Big Country” Reeves was an absolute beast for Oklahoma State in the early-1990s, twice winning All-Big Eight Player of the Year honors and leading the Pokes to the 1995 Final Four as a senior.
Reeves became the first-ever draft pick by the expansion Grizzlies, going sixth overall to Vancouver in the ‘95 draft. He had a promising start to his NBA career, but weight issues and chronic back pain derailed it, ending his time in the league after just six seasons.
Reeves is now a cattle rancher outside Gans, OK, living with his wife Amy and children Treyton, Trevor and Maddie.
