Breaking: Darren McFadden

Gosh, wasn’t that fun last year. Every fantasy football player drafted Joseph Randle and then watched as Randle was arrested repeatedly and then pretty much stunk. And then from the depths of injury hell returned Darren McFadden to fantasy relevance. Despite getting older and always being brittle, McFadden played a full season for Dallas and was very successful. For the first time in five years, McFadden rushed for over a thousand yards, while playing in 16 games for the second consecutive year. It honestly didn’t feel real.

It must not have felt real for the Cowboys either, as they spent their fourth overall pick on his replacement, Ezekiel Elliot.
