Adam Schefter reports free agent quarterback Andy Dalton has signed a one-year $10 million deal with the Chicago Bears.
Dalton spent last season with the Dallas Cowboys, starting in nine games after Dak Prescott was injured in Week 5. Dalton threw 216 passes for 2,170 yards and 14 touchdowns. Before his tenure with the Cowboys, Dalton spent nine seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, starting in 133 games, throwing 2,757 passes for 31,594 yards and 204 touchdowns.
Last season, Dalton ranked 29th among all starters in passing yards, with the Cowboys having the eight-most passing yards per game, at 260 yards per game.
