According to Los Angeles Daily News’ Scott Wolf, USC is banning alcohol from its locker room this season, because apparently it wasn’t before.

The move comes in the wake of Sarkisian’s well-publicized drunken antics at Saturday’s Salute to Troy. Whether it caused the move is unclear.
Wolf wrote that Lane Kiffin used to drink after games in the locker room, Ed Orgeron banned alcohol, and that Sarkisian brought it back—”believed to be a carryover from his days at the University of Washington.
