When sporting team colors, Alabama fans tend to go above and beyond the standard jersey or hat. Take Mary Farr, who wears her Tide fandom in her eye socket.
Farr lost her left eye in an airplane accident back in 1975. Instead of choosing an artificial eye that wouldn’t spook the bejesus out of everyone, she has a crimson one that says “BAMA” on it.

We’ve seen contact lenses in team colors, but to have your actual eye (well, almost actual) be a statement of fandom is true passion.
