Michael Phelps just came off his fifth and final Olympic Games, and now the 23-time gold medalist can finally take some time to relax in the brand new home that he bought back in December. And I’d say that the $2.5 million, 6,010-square-foot mansion is definitely worthy of housing the unprecedented amount of Olympic bling that Phelps has accumulated over the last sixteen years.
The 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom pad is located in the swanky Scottsdale neighborhood of Paradise Valley; aka, the place where all the rich people live. Unlike many over-the-top celebrity mansions that feature a lot of ornate furnishings, dark woods and grandiose staircases, Phelp’s sprawling home is bright, sparkling, clean and modern.
