Let’s face it, if Tony Romo were to, God forbid, go down again, the Dallas Cowboys could have 80’s Joe Montana himself and still not win.
Since Romo became the Cowboys’ full time man during the 2005 season, he’s been one of the league’s best quarterbacks (Yes, he has, stop I’m not having that argument here), topping the league in several categories. Over the course of Romo’s career, he has never started a game in which his team was mathematically eliminted from the playoffs.
The brilliant statistics, however, have come with a price.
