Dating back to 1922, the Texas Open has a great history, and it’s played over at The Oaks Course at the TPC San Antonio – just northeast of the city. As a matter of fact, this is the third oldest tournament on the PGA Tour! When you include some of the majors, this is actually the fifth-oldest professional golf tournament in the United States!
The Tour is still buzzing since the Masters tournament a couple weeks ago, but the Texas Open is generally considered a pretty boring golf course. With that said, there can still be some awesome moments – like this one from last year’s event:
