The Yankees Fan Caught Sleeping On TV Is Suing ESPN and Major League Baseball For...HOW MUCH?

Perhaps you saw the clip of this guy, Andrew Rector, who was caught napping at the Yankees-Red Sox game back in April.

Well, after a few minutes of attention on nationally televised Sunday Night Baseball, Rector brought a suit to the Bronx Supreme Court this week, seeking a whopping $10 million in remuneration for the "avalanche of disparaging words."

The lawsuit seeks damages against commentators Dan Shulman and John Kruk and MLB.com, after the video was posted online, bringing additional attention.

Perhaps he should have hired an editor for the typo-ridden lawsuit - unless he plans on suing his own lawyer regarding the second firestorm that's already begun.

Direct from the lawsuit, this is what Rector claimed were the "false statements" made about him:

"Plaintiff is a fatty cow that need two seats at all time and represent symbol of failure."

"Plaintiff is a confused disgusted and socially bankrupt individual."

"John Krock in his verbal attack insinuated that the plaintiff is individual that know neither history nor understood the beauty or rivalry between Boston Red Sox and New York Yankee."

"Plaintiff is so stupid that he cannot differentiate between his house and public place by snoozing throughout the fourth inning of the Yankee game."

Watch for yourself. Let us know if you hear any of the above.
