SANDY, Utah – (Tuesday, November 5, 2019) – Utah Royals FC has acquired the rights to FW Kyra Carusa and have picked up the contracts of FW Cali Farquharson and FW Arielle Ship off of the NWSL Re-Entry Wire ahead of the 2020 National Women’s Soccer League season.
“We are excited to add these players to our player pool and feel they will be able to contribute to our on and off field success in the coming years.” Royals FC General Manager Stephanie Lee said.
Carusa, 23, was selected by Sky Blue FC in the 2019 NWSL College Draft, but elected to play abroad with Le Harve AC of Ligue 2 in France.
