The search for MacKenzie Lueck continued Monday, with the Salt Lake City Police Department retracing the steps of the University of Utah student who has been missing for a week.
Officers are “going back to canvass the area where she was last seen,” Detective Greg Wilking said Monday, “which was not a residence or a place of business.”
Police have released no other details about the location where the 23-year-old was dropped off in North Salt Lake, which is a 20-minute drive northwest of her home near Trolley Square. The city includes many industrial areas and open fields.
