You officially can add in the two rookies.
On Wednesday, Real Salt Lake announced it has signed both of its 2017 MLS SuperDraft picks, defenders Reagan Dunk and Justin Schmidt, to first-team deals. The latest signings bring RSL's 2017 roster to 27 players under contract.
"Our scouting of Reagan and Justin goes back quite a bit, and we made no bones about it that they were the two players we targeted going into the draft," RSL general manager Craig Waibel said in a club release. "Neither one of them has disappointed, and ultimately they both deserve this opportunity.
