LAFC had five picks in the 2017 MLS Expansion Draft to help add to its roster for its inaugural season.
Expansion drafts have not been kind to RSL. It lost goalkeeper Jeff Antinella to Minnesota United last season. Ned Grabavoy and Chris Wingert both went to NYCFC when Orlando City SC and New York City FC were allowed to take a maximum of two players from a team. The Montreal Impact selected Collen Warner in 2011, and the Portland Timbers took David Horst and Robbie Findley the year before.
Up next are the waiver draft Wednesday and Stage 1 of the re-entry draft Friday.
