Week 19 is in the books and 20 is already in progress. The averages do NOT include the midweek games (August 17-18th), only those from last week are included.
12 sites published rankings for week 19, with one dead site returning from the heap - Soccer By Ives SBI, who in the past has been a weekly regular, finally started. Whether or not they continue is yet to be seen, but for now they’re up with one week (plus preseason).
