Dr. William Eidelman is a natural medicine physician in Hollywood who recommended marijuana cookies to the father of the youngster after diagnosing the boy with ADHD and bipolar disorder. California’s medical board found Eidelman was “grossly negligent” for not consulting a psychiatrist and not collecting adequate information from the boy’s teachers and parents.
