Natural History Museum of Utah celebrates summer with food festival

Barbecue, ice cream, salsa and desserts from more than a dozen Utah food producers will be available for purchase during the Taste of Summer artisan market at the Natural History Museum of Utah.

The market will be July 20-21 and will include games and activities for families. Workshops — including tart making, the science of ice cream, herbal treats, charcuterie and mocktails — are being offered for an additional fee.

Amour Spreads, Bon Bon Gelato, Normal Ice Cream, Chio’s Churros, Salsa Queen and Smoke-a-Billy Barbecue are among the food items that will be available.
