One more site has fallen off the list. Soccer By Ives has only published 3 times this year with their last being a month ago; I held off removing them in hopes of it changing to monthly instead of weekly, but that appears not to be the case. That makes 10 of 12 sites publishing this week.
Rankings DO NOT include the midweek games, only those from last week are considered.
