7 sites published rankings, hopefully more sites will start again as more teams resume playing. It looks like one site; Pro Soccer USA has closed, links to that site redirect to an Orlando based newspaper now. It has been removed from future rankings, but their ranks for the first two weeks will remain.
There were 2 additional rankings during the MLS Tournament that are included in the averages. Pre-tournament rankings were done by 3 sites, and post group stage by 6 sites.
