The body of a California man, who went missing in Utah in October, was found at the bottom of a cliff in the San Rafael Desert on Friday, alongside the bodies of his two dogs.
No one had heard from 53-year-old Reynaldo Andico since Oct. 13, when he told family members he was in the mountains in Utah, according to a post on the Facebook page of the Emery County Sheriff’s Office.
He had been driving with his three small dogs when he stopped in the Justesen Flats area of the desert.
A Division of Wildlife Resources officer, who was in the desert checking snow conditions for a planned search for Andico on Saturday, spotted the 53-year-old’s body at the bottom of a 150-foot drop-off, according to the post.
