SANDY, Utah – (Thursday, May 9, 2019) – Utah Royals FC duo of MFs Desiree Scott and Diana Matheson have been called to the Canadian Women’s National Team for the team’s preliminary camp ahead of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France. Canada’s final World Cup roster is expected to be released later this month.
Matheson and Scott will participate in the Canadian camp where the team will face Mexico on May 18 in its official send-off match prior to its World Cup training camp held in Spain.
